Rule Proposals:

1. Supplemental Rookie Draft pick if an RFA is signed from your team. Didn't Pass

If you choose not to match an RFA offer then you will receive a supplemental rookie draft pick at the price of 100k and will count as a rookie pick with all the rules accordingly.

The order of the supplemental picks starting with the 13th pick(based on a 12 man league) will be determined by the highest current salary with the tie breaker being the RFA's original rookie draft position.

2. Amendment to the IR rule Didn't Pass

After your original IR spot is used you are allow to IR additional players if they have been IR'd by the NFL. The difference is that any player IR'd after the first IR will be dropped from the roster. Any IR player dropped will not give the team salary cap relief and will cost the team 10 dollars to drop. Any extended player that is IR'd will immediately apply luxury cap penalties and will count towards any future possible luxury cap penalties.
